Business Context
This launch answers the question every hiring manager actually wants answered about a GTM system: does it survive contact with a second, harder problem? A year after NDHGO 2.0, the business needed more than another feature release — a complete repositioning from SME website builder to AI-powered omnichannel commerce platform for B2C, B2B, and enterprise merchants, launched under a new name. Rather than building a new GTM plan from scratch, I re-applied and refined the exact playbook proven at NDHGO 2.0's Aahar 2023 launch — the clearest evidence in this portfolio that the system, not the individual launch, was the actual asset.
Problem
A rebrand carries a specific risk a feature update doesn't: existing merchants and prospects who already knew the platform by its old name had to understand this was an evolution, not a different, unproven company. The objective shifted from being an ecommerce website builder to becoming an AI-powered omnichannel commerce platform supporting B2C, B2B, and enterprise merchants — a genuinely different pitch that needed new proof points (global omnichannel commerce, a full B2B module, enterprise-grade reliability and security) rather than a repackaged version of last year's story.
Market Opportunity
Returning to Aahar with a second consecutive flagship launch meant the audience and the playbook were already proven — the opportunity was to build on that momentum with a materially bigger story: 50–60 new capabilities spanning omnichannel commerce, a new B2B commerce module, AI-powered order management positioning, and enterprise-grade reliability (99.99% HA uptime, ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC security positioning), opening the platform to enterprise and B2B buyers it couldn't credibly pursue before.
Positioning
Before
An ecommerce website builder for SMEs — capable, but read as a smaller-scale tool next to enterprise commerce platforms.
After
Unizap: an AI-powered omnichannel commerce platform for B2C, B2B, and enterprise merchants, backed by a new B2B module and enterprise-grade reliability and security.
Messaging
Messaging centered on the platform's new identity as an omnichannel commerce ecosystem — world-class storefronts, global omnichannel commerce (multi-language, multi-currency, multi-store, multi-warehouse), a dedicated B2B commerce module, and an AI-powered order management system — backed by enterprise reliability and security proof points. As with NDHGO 2.0, the goal was translating capability into business value, not listing features, but the stakes were higher: this had to convince the market a rebrand was substance, not just a new name.
Go-to-Market Strategy
This is the system-reuse case study: every workstream below is the NDHGO 2.0 engine, re-applied with the specific adjustments a rebrand demands, not rebuilt from zero. That's the point — a well-built GTM system should cost less to run the second time, even at higher stakes.
Integrated digital campaigns — organic social, LinkedIn Brand Awareness ads, and launch announcements introduced the new Unizap identity ahead of the exhibition, with copy and creative built around the omnichannel and B2B repositioning rather than a simple name swap.
Event landing pages — dedicated Aahar 2024 landing pages carried day-by-day promotional offers, again serving as the destination for email campaigns, lead capture, and discovery meeting bookings.
Sales enablement — brochures, leaflets, booth branding, presentations, and sales collateral were rebuilt around the new Unizap brand and its omnichannel/B2B/enterprise story, giving Sales one consistent narrative for the rebrand.
Field marketing — the same proactive floor-prospecting approach from 2023 carried over: engaging exhibitors and buyers directly, explaining the platform's new capabilities, and mapping pain points to Unizap's omnichannel and B2B solutions.
Lead qualification program — the same intern-led enrichment, verification, MQL-criteria, and CRM-readiness workflow from NDHGO 2.0 was reapplied, again ensuring Sales received qualified opportunities rather than raw exhibition contacts.
Lifecycle marketing — post-event nurture campaigns, landing page promotions, and time-sensitive offers continued the same discipline, with marketing and sales alignment reinforced by leadership's revenue- and conversion-linked incentives.

Business Outcomes
Unizap launched successfully at Aahar 2024, completing the platform's repositioning into an AI-powered omnichannel commerce ecosystem with a new B2B commerce module and enterprise-grade reliability and security positioning. Running the same integrated demand generation engine — digital campaigns, LinkedIn advertising, event marketing, landing pages, email nurturing, and structured lead qualification — for a second consecutive year proved the GTM playbook built for NDHGO 2.0 was genuinely repeatable, not a one-off success, while sustaining the marketing-and-sales alignment built around qualified pipeline and revenue-linked incentives.
Lessons Learned
The finding that matters most here isn't specific to this launch — it's what it proves about GTM systems generally: a rebrand needs harder proof than a feature launch, so leading with concrete capability (the B2B module, security certifications, omnichannel functionality) rather than the new name is what made the repositioning credible to a market that already knew the old brand. But the bigger takeaway is portability — reusing the NDHGO 2.0 playbook nearly wholesale confirmed that a GTM system built well once is a genuine asset: a second flagship launch, at meaningfully higher stakes, took less effort to execute than the first.
